Spinach soup with salmon

Ingredients: Spinach, cooking cream, garlic, salt and pepper.

Procedure: We fry fresh spinach and garlic, add cream and simmer briefly. After all Mix and season. Serve with slices of smoked salmon and a hint of sour cream.

Quesadilla

Ingredients: Tortilla, chicken breast, cheddar cheese, fresh vegetables, peppers Jalapeño, sour cream.

Vanilla ice cream with hot raspberries marinated in red wine

Ingredients: Red wine, Sugar, Cinnamon, Solamyl, Vanilla ice cream, frozen raspberries

Procedure: We weld red wine with sugar and cinnamon, solamylem thicken, put raspberries and withdraw from the flame. Finished mixture is hot pour in the vanilla ice cream. Garnish with mint.
